The delivery is in charge of Yamato Collect Service. When products are delivered, please pay the product amount and delivery fee.
When the payment is made, the service fee is needed separately.

〇Bank Transfer
Please make the bank transfer payment of the product and the delivery fees within 5 days after the order confirmation (excluding Sat., Sun. and public holidays).
Special local product is sent only after the payment is confirmed. If it takes more than 5 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Fees for cash on delivery and bank transfer are charged to own (customer side)
Delivery Date
- In case of credit card and cash on delivery, products are delivered within between 3 day and 10 days after the order confirmation.
- In case of credit card and cash on delivery and if any delivery date is designated, products are sent by the designated date.
- In case of bank transfer and postal office transfer, products are delivered within between 3 days and 10 days after the payment is confirmed.
- In case of bank transfer and postal office transfer and if any delivery date is designated, products are sent by the designated date.
How to Deliver
- Orders for products at room temperature will be delivered by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., or Japan Post Letter Pack Plus.
- Freezing and frozen products are sent by Yamato Cool method.
- In case of gift, products may not be delivered due to the absence. Please make sure of the schedule of the address customer wants to send.
- Hokkaido , Okinawa and remote islands cannot be shipped.
- Shipping is only available in Japan.
Return, Exchange, and Cancellation

We will accept the product return if there is order mistake or defective product.
In the case, please notify us within 1 week after the delivery, and we will exchange the product.
And fees related to the above reasons are charged to us.
